Meet Matt

Hi, I'm Matt.

Hi, I’m Matt. I’ve seen firsthand how music can change people — and I’ve felt it change me. After years in therapy myself and a career as a music director for sketch comedy, I found a way to combine these experiences into a unique approach: music psychotherapy. I work with adults who are motivated to grow but often feel stuck in cycles of procrastination, low energy, or self-doubt. In our sessions, we use music as a tool to explore emotions, spark insight, and shift patterns — whether it’s through listening, discussing lyrics, or creating playlists. You don’t need to be a musician to benefit; all you need is a willingness to discover how music can support your growth and help you move forward with calm, clarity, and direction.

Many of my clients find that music psychotherapy works better for them than regular therapy they’ve tried before — especially when they haven’t seen the results they hoped for. If you want therapy that’s more flexible, expressive, and truly your own, music psychotherapy might be the thing that finally clicks.
